SELECTING ARBITRATORS & MEDIATORS

Parties are free to choose their own mediators / arbitrators in the manner indicated in the Rules but in case of disagreement between the parties the Centre will appoint the arbitrators/mediators. The Centre maintains an international panel of experienced arbitrators/Mediators for this purpose. The costs of mediation and arbitration at the Centre include administrative charges as well as the fees of mediators / arbitrators. (Panel)
