Administrative Services

The Centre provides a wide range of services for settlement of disputes for parties engaged in trade, commerce and investment with and within the region. These include administrative and support services, such as assisting parties in appointment of arbitrators and mediators, providing users with information on dispute resolution options, giving secretarial, linguistic, logistical and technical assistance for holding the mediation and arbitration proceedings in its auspices.
