In order to resolve international
commercial disputes and to stimulate economic exchanges between France and India,
"FICCI Arbitration & Conciliation Tribunal" (F.A.C.T) and "Centre
Interprofessionnel de Médiation et d'Arbitrage" (C.I.M.A.)) have set
up an 'Indo French Mediation & Arbitration Centre' (hereinafter referred to
as 'Centre'). This association is unique in its own. The Centre acts as a low
cost platform to companies located in India and France for resolving their international
commercial disputes.
The Centre assist parties in:
Administration
of case under its rules
Appointment of Mediators from its panel in case of disagreement between the parties
on the name of Mediator.
Appointment
of Arbitrators from its panel in case of disagreement between the parties on the
name of Arbitrator.
Facilitation of the smooth progress of mediation / arbitration proceedings
OUR
GOALS - To administer International
Commercial Mediation and Arbitration under the Rules of Indo French Mediation
& Arbitration Centre.

France as a venue for International Commercial Mediation and Arbitration

act as information dissemination centre
- To promote
continued growth and awareness of all dispute resolution processes
