INTRODUCTION

In order to resolve international commercial disputes and to stimulate economic exchanges between France and India, "FICCI Arbitration & Conciliation Tribunal" (F.A.C.T) and "Centre Interprofessionnel de Médiation et d 'Arbitrage" (C.I.M.A.) have set up an 'Indo French Mediation & Arbitration Centre' (hereinafter referred to as 'Centre').
